Our students are able to lose weight, improve their stamina, and eliminate the tension that can come from day-to-day frustration or anxiety. In addition to benefits like coordination, self-confidence and weight-loss, we believe that the martial arts philosophy which governs our Kickboxing training is an essential element to a healthy life.

Warminster

Richboro

The Richboro location start at 9:30 with Coach Lesie and/or Coach Kate leading our class from Monday thru Friday. Saturday Classes start at 8:00 am
